How do I mail merge from someone else's Outlook Contacts folder i.

I am trying to do a mail merge from my boss's contact folder in Outlook for
Christmas Cards. I can't seem to figure out how to do it correctly. Can you
please assist me?
 
If you can see their Contacts, you should just be able to select the
contacts you want, then in Outlook, go to Tools, Mail Merge and use the
contacts that way.
