nice list! Here goes:

1. View the Journal in Entry List view and use the Filed Chooser to show the
Contact column. You can also use the Group By Box to group by Contact.
(Turn on Advanced Toolbars)


2. In the Entry List view there will be at least one date column - look on
the Field Chooser for an extra columns you may want to see.


3. Right click the Contacts folder and use the Permission Tab to set the
level of permissions for the users you wish to grant access to.

4. Make a new email. Click the Options button and there is the place to
make Voting buttons. You can set whatever you want to vote on eg. Swimming;
walking; running; reading; rowing; sailing. You can have up to 32 buttons.
