How do I lock graphics?

Pictures on my ppt slides are set at angles. When I use another computer, the
pictures revert to horizontal/square to slide. How do I get the pictures to
hold their position as I designed the slide?

What version of PPT is on the other computer? The ability to rotate images is
relatively recent; earlier versions will display the image unrotated.
