How do I link 2 documents that have similar fields?

I have a customer who wishes to link 2 documents that have similar fields;
this way the info propogates from one doc to the other. For example, say she
types the customer's name in the name field of document A she wants for that
info to be automatically copied to the name field in document B. She is
using MS Office 2003. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Word's INCLUDETEXT field is suited to this. See Word's help file for details.
