how do i know who or where an e-mail comes from

Is there anyway I can find out where the persons e-mail address came from? I
received an e-mail which was quite disturbing from no-one i knew. And would
like to find out any information possible about the e-mail address. Can I
find out which country or location it came from or just anything would be
helpful.

This is a forum for access only - but as spam bugs me as well.

Try this - it won't give you the exact address and phone number but it will
tell you to approx. location of the sender.
