I sent a an email to someone with numerous people BCC'ed. When I look at the
email in Sent Items the people BCC'ed are not disclosed. How do I found out
who they were?

Highlight the message header and then check the message source. (Ctrl+F3).

Select it so that it's visible in the Preview Pane and press Ctrl-F3.
Or open it and click File | Properties | Details.

You can copy all the names in the BCC field and paste them in another new
message and save it and print. Or paste them into a word processing program.

You can also copy and paste what you see in the message source.

After pressing Ctrl-F3, press Ctrl-A (select all), then Ctrl-C (copy),
then paste that into Notepad or your favorite word processor.
