I am working on a computer that has a SLOW internet
connection... I can't get to the page that tells me what
updates I need to install.. How can I find out what ones
I need, so I can download them from a different machine
elsewhere, and install them?

The machine is WinXP Home Version 2002 SP1.

Please let me know soon.
