I have a email address with my company accound, like (e-mail address removed).
when I set up my email address, I was asked for IMAP and SMTP, my question
is how do I know them. also, do I do the right thing to set up a email
account for my situation?

You ask your network administrator/help desk for instructions on how to set
up Outlook to access your mail account because that's the only way you'll
know what your server names should be (and if you should be using IMAP to
access them in the first place.)
