Using 2003 version. Am getting messages saying that no available space left.
I would like to know if there is a way that I can check how much available
space I have left.

Since Outlook has no limit, the message must be either from your Exchange
Administrator or your ISP.

Thanks - from some other info I have been reading, I believe that the best
thing to do is ensure that I operate a good "housekeeping" policy!

If you connect to an Exchange server then yes. If you have an ISP, check to
find out what the limit is either by calling them or checking their website.
If you're leaving a copy of messages on their server you may have to clean
them up if you're reaching the limit there.

The only limit you could run into in Outlook is a full PST but with your
version you would have to have a lot of mail if you're actually using a PST
(personal store data file). In that case you simply create a second PST and
drag messages into it.
