How do I install the MS Optiquest Q71 Driver?

Hi,

How do I install the MS Optiquest Q71 Driver? I have a new Dell XPS
system and windows loaded the DEFAULT monitor on startup. My old XP
system detected the Q71 and loaded the Q71 Microsoft Driver. How can I
load this driver on my new Dell XPS if XP doesn't detect it
automatically? BTW I couldn't find an XP driver for the Q71 on
ViewSonic's website.
