How do I install Outlook Express?

In my Outlook Express, I cannot create email and my address book is corrupt.
It says to reinstall Outlook Express. How do I do that? I have Windows XP
with Office 2003. (I will deal with MS Outlook later.)

I'm going to assume you're talking about Outlook Express 6. Outlook Express
is part of Internet Explorer while Microsoft Outlook is part of Microsoft
Office. They're not the same application so you need to post your questions
in an OE newsgroup, such as this one:

Thanks for the info. I didn't know that I had to go back to the Discussion
Groups HOME to find other catagories. This Office Discussion Group was saved
in "Favorites".
