How do I insert a poem over a picture in word?

I have a poem I would like to print and frame with a sky background. How do I
insert the poem in my sky background?
 
Insert the sky picture and format it as Behind Text - see the little dog on
the picture toolbar. Then key in the text from the poem and format it as you
choose. Hope this helps.
