how do i insert a line

I presume you're using Word rather than Microsoft Access (the subject
of this newsgroup) to write your resume? If so, you may want to post
your question in a Word newsgroup. Scroll down the list of subjects in
the lower left of the webpage and find the appropriate Word newsgroup.

Or... just use the mouse or the keyboard arrow keys to position the
cursor where you want to insert a line. Press the Enter key.

I don't think you are in the right news group. This group is about Microsoft
Access. Perhaps you should be looking in a group for Word.
