how do i insert a column break in word 07?

In word 2000 i could insert a column break under the selection for breaks. in
word 2007 i only have the option to insert a page break. i have already set
up a two column document and want to move to the top of the second column
without hitting the enter button many times to get to the top of the second
column. help?

try Format -> columns -> apply to: (at the bottom page) then you can choose
which point to you want the break to be
