How do I increase the maximum retries for a fax?

I have a fax in my fax queue with a status of 'Maximum
Retries Exceeded'. How can I increase the maximum number
of retries and push this fax through that's hung up in the
queue. I can't just re-fax the document because I no
longer have it saved locally.
