how do I increase 10MB limit for outgoing files in MS Outlook?
When sending multiple picture or business data files over 10MB - they are
being bounced back? I've researched intellidyne XL attach - is that the only
way to do this?

Is the limit at your end or at your recipient's end? There is no limit in
Outlook. It's either your Exchange server or ISP or the recipient's.

Not an Outlook issue. Contact your e-mail provider to ask how to
increase your per-message quota on your account with them. They
control how large are your outbound e-mails, not Outlook. It is part
of their anti-spam and anti-abuse quotas. You have a *personal*
account so it is NOT to be used in place of FTP to transfer huge
files.
