How do I import

I want to import records into my Contacts in Outlook 2002 from excel. Do I
need some special formating for email addresses. I've run the import wizard
but the email addresses don't seem to work all I get is a single letter.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

create some contacts in Outlook and export them to excel. compare your
excel to the exported one and make the appropriate changes to yours.
