How do I import outlook email from an old computer to my new comp.

I just purchased a new computer and would like to contintue using Outlook. I
have many emails that I need to transport over to this new computer and would
even like the same folders and content. Is there any way to save or backup
this info and load it onto the new computer? if so, what are the steps
involved? Would I need to burn the info to CD? if so, what format will I
save it in? Please help! Thanks!
