Don't import. Copy the file to your hard drive if you're using a CD, remove
the read-only attribute - put it in the location you want it to live. If you
have an existing PST file you want to continue to use as your default, open
this 'old' one using file | open and copy/move items to your main one. If
you don't want to use the existing PST file created in a new
install/configuration of OL2002, delete or rename it with Outlook closed,
then when you open Outlook point it at the "old" PST file.

Don't import - use File->Open.
