How do I import or copy all contacts to Safe Recipiants in junk ma

OL 2007 and vista.

How do I import or copy all my contacts to the "Safe Recipiants" in the
Junk e-mail options? This is to prevent an e-mail from a known contact
getting permanatly deleter or moved to the junk floder accidently. Can I also
have new contacts added to Safe recipiants for everybody that I send an
e-mail to.

I have asked this quetion before (badley) in a differant way but received no
replies.
