How do I import Novell groupwise (NAB) contacts into outlook '07

I'd like to import my work contacts from Novell Groupwise (.nab files ) into
my Outlook 2007 address book. Is there an easy way?
 
Find a way to convert these contacts into a CSV (Comma separated value)
format first.
