There is no export function in Hotmail. There is only an import function.
However, and *if* you have added your Hotmail account to Outlook Express
(which means you must either have a paid Hotmail account or an old one that
got grandfathered that was created before 29-Nov-2004):
- Open the Address Book in OE.
- Use the Tools -> Synchronize Now menu.
This synchronizes the address book in OE (i.e., the Windows Address Book)
and the Contacts list in Hotmail. This only works if you add the Hotmail
account to OE and if you can connect to your Hotmail account using OE, so
you need a paid Hotmail account or a grandfathered one.
