transfering data (mail and adressbook) to a new PC

I would like to transfer or copy my mail and adressbook (Outlook Express 6,
Windows XP) from one old PC to another PC with Windows mail and Vista. Can
anyone explain me in detailo how i should do this.

Copy all of the .dbx files (including folders.dbx) from the XP computer to a
temporary folder on the Vista computer
Open Windows Mail, File - Import - Messages - Microsoft Outlook Express 6
import from OE6 store directory
find the temporary folder where you copied the .dbx files (BUT DON'T OPEN
IT).
Next.... etc.

If you want to import your contacts, copy the .wab file over, and do a
similar File - Import
of the Windows Contacts.
