How do I import email from Mozilla Thunderbird to Outlook?

I was previously using Mozilla Thunderbird as my email client, but have
decided to migrate over to Microsoft Outlook. I looked at the import/export
options available, but couldn't find an option for importing these particular
file extensions - *.sbd and *.msf. Could someone help me figure out how to do
this?

A side question: if the address book file extension is *.mab, could this be
imported into Microsoft Outlook, too? How?

Try here:
Transferring Email from Netscape 7.1 to Outlook/Outlook Express
http://home.att.net/~cherokee67/ns7mailtoOEorO.html

It says Netscape, but the procedure for TBird is exactly the same.

Export the address Book in csv format. Outlook can import that.

Dear Diane and Gordan,

I actually uninstalled Thunderbird and only saved the email files. Would I
be correct to presume that I need to reinstall Thunderbird first, do the
exporting, and then uninstall it after I successfully import it into Outlook?

Much thanks!

No. Just install Netscape 4.x and copy the existing TBird files into the
Netscape mail folder. Both Netscape and TBird use the Unix MBox mail
file format, which effectively is a big text file. So you don't need the
originating program to put the mail files into Netscape.
