How do I import contacts from an Excel Spreadsheet?

My company uses Outlook Web Access for e-mail. My contact lists are currently
in AOL, Palm and Excel. I understand that I can not import them from AOL or
Palm, but I thought I could from Excel. I need a step-by-step directions as
to how to do this but can not find it on-line. Am I looking in the wrong
place?

This one I can answer...
Using your BCM, you need to perform an IMPORT and that requires that you MAP
fields from your spreadsheet (which, in your case, is a flat data file). You
will have headings, such as email address, phone number, etc... These are
the fields you will be mapping to, and you'll have a very easy task ahead of
you, based on what you have written.
