You need to know if the server has FrontPage extensions installed.
If so, open FrontPage, click File > Open site and enter the address of the website.
Enter the username and password when prompted.
Then click File > Publish site, and select a location on your hard drive such as C:\websitename

Check with the host first to see if the site has Front
Page Server Extensions in place. If so, your task will be
pretty simple. Also find out the "username"
and "password" for the account either from the previous
owner of your business or the host. I assume you already
know the website address (www.mybrandnewcompany.com).

With this info you are ready. In Front Page, open the
site on the host (File | Open web). You will be asked for
username and password. Once you have opened the site,
select File | Publish. The source of the publish will be
the live site and the destination your computer.

If the host does not suppport Front Page Server
Extensions, you will have to use an FTP program to make
your transfer. Front Page will have created some "hidden"
folders (those starting with an underscore character). Be
sure to FTP those as well.

If all of this seems to be beyond your comprehension, I
would suggest you spend a few bucks to hire a consultant
to make this transfer for you. You could then take your
time learning Front Page and eventually make whatever
changes you wish to the site.
