I am trying to import an existing template to an outlook email that has an
adobe PDF as an attachment. I send the same email out to many people and
would like to have a template imported that I can individualize based upon
the individual situation. Having an established template reduces the need to
type the emal everytime.

Thanks

Is this "existing template" an .oft file? If so, then just double-click it to open it.

Ok, where do you get stuck and in what version of Outlook? Steps to
reproduce?
