How do I hide the arrows in Powerpoint presenter view?

In Presenter View if the operator moves the mouse pointer off of the
presenter view screen arrows appear in the lower left. How can these arrows
be hidden? Right now the only fix that I have come up with is to the end the
show and start it again. Any ideas?

There *might* be a different solution and one of the MVPs might know it.
I can't think of one. However, why not just put the mouse out of the
reach of the operator and have the person run the slideshow using the
keyboard? In my experience, if you allow the operator to use the mouse,
he or she manages easily to skip a slide, whereas this doesn't happen
with the keyboard.
