How do I hide email address in To field

How can I hide the email address in the To field?

I have seen questions related to this already in the forum. But all the
answers said that to put the email address in the BCC field. This is fine.
But my question is how can I hide the email address in 'To' field. I have
received mails from others mentioning 'Undisclosed-Recipient' in the To
field. That means they have put the email address in To field (not in BCC)
and some how hiddent that. How can I do this?

Also I have received mails from others which was send to many others other
than me, but the To field only showing my email address. How can I do this?
 
Actually they're putting the list in the BCC field and their mail client or
server is putting the "Undisclosed" thing in the To field. You could create
a contact called that with your email address and put it in the To field
when using the BCC field for everything else.
