How do I have Word automatically substitute one word for another?

I'm converting and personalizing a document from another company for use for
my company.

For example, I know there is a way to have it automatically substitute my
companies business name wherever their business name is.

How do I do That?

Replace is Ctrl-H. Type their name in the Find box and type your name in the
Replace With box.
