can a single word be highlighted automatically?

Editing a word document, I need to replace the company name, is there a way
to automatically highlight that word?

Use Find and Replace: Press Ctrl+H. In the "Find what" box, type the name
you want to find. In the "Replace with" box, type the replacement. Use the
Find button to move between occurrences of the word, or click Replace All if
you want to replace all occurrences at once.
