How do I go from Vista RC1 to vista ultimate?

You an do an in place upgrade using the full edition of Vista Ultimate. RC1
is not a qualifying OS for use of the upgrade edition.

Let me add, it has to be a full, retail version. OEM versions can't do an
in place upgrade.
