How do I get to the 'Resolve Conflicts' dialog in ActiveSync 4.2?

I just had to downgrade from ActiveSync 4.5 to ActiveSync 4.2.

Now I can not find the screen that lets me decide if I want the data on the
mobile device to overwrite the desktop; or the desktop to overwrite the
mobile device or to create duplicates.

How do I get to this screen?

You see that when you create the partnership. You might also be referring
to the Rules tab in the Options dialogue.
