How do I get the scroll-wheel to work in MS Word 2007?

The scroll wheel on my wireless mouse worked for Word 2007 last week and
works currently with every program I have (including Excel 07), but has
stopped scrolling down in MS Word 2007, so it must be a setting specific to
that program. Any tips?

Word doesn't have any settings that affect the mousewheel, per se. However, as
with every new version of Word, the graphics card and mouse drivers are
challenged in new and wondrous ways. You might try upgrading the drivers of
both and see if that helps.

(FWIW, my mousewheel continues to work just fine...)
