How do I get the new e-mail notification screen to NOT fade away?

I would like the Outlook 2003 new e-mail notification screen to stay up until I click it off. How do I get it to not fade away?

You can't but you can set a rule for certain mails to display a custom
window telling you that you have mail from someone/somewhere.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
