every time I log into microsoft office programs the end user license
agreement box shows up. How can I make it so it doesn't ask me that every
time. I am using Vista.

How do I log on as administrator. Using Vista, when the pc is turned on I
have to type in a password for my user account. Never established another
one so how do I get to the administrative account to "accept" the license.

In Windows Vista, right-click on an Office program shortcut, choose to
run the Office program as Administrator, accept the EULA, close the
Office program, and then start the Office program normally.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the Office
End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".
