How do I get the correct time displayed in the Outlook Inbox windo

Incoming emails come in with the incorrect time displayed--it is behind by
one hour. When I open the email the correct time that the email was sent is
displayed. This did not happen when the time changed to daylight savings
time. The error started on April 26. My computer and outgoing emails
display the correct time.

You probably have a mismatch between the DST setting in Windows and the DST
setting in Outlook's Calendar.

Brian,

Thanks for the reply. I checked to see if there was an error with DST in
the calendar and there was not. I don't understand why the time displays
incorrectly in the inbox viewing window but once the email is opened the
correct time displays. I'm using Microsoft Office Professional 2003.

Thanks for any other ideas.

And did you check the Windows DST setting as well?

Brian,

Yes, I checked both places right then and there. But miraculously, starting
on Sunday, the times are now coming in correctly! Thanks for the help.
