How do I get the "Attachment" line to appear in Microsoft Outlook.

When I create a new email, the "attachment" line is missing under the "To"
"cc" "subject" memo area. I would like my attachments to appear in the memo
area and not the body of the email. Thanks.
 
You need to set your default file type to HTML. Go to Tools | Options | Mail
Format and select HTML from the Compose in this message format dropdown box.

FYI...not to be rude or anything, but this is the forum for Microsoft Word.
You should really post Outlook questions in the Outlook forums
