How do I get rid of 'Track Changes'?

I had to use 'track changes' to show a user some revisions I made. Now,
whenever I open the document these changes are marked in red. However, I no
longer need this and want to get rid of it. I want to see my document in
normal view with the changes merged in. How? I've spent an hour trying to
figure this out - can't find a suitable option on any menu. HELP?
 
Display the Reviewing toolbar if it's not already displayed. Click the arrow
beside the Accept Change button and choose Accept All Changes in Document.
