Fill-in Form General Questions

I accepted all changes that were made using Track Changes. However, the
document is still marked as being trackchanged. How I can turn it off
permanently

Three ways:

In the Reviewing toolbar, click the rightmost icon (I think it's just
a page icon, but maybe it's supposed to be something else.)

In the status(?) bar at the bottom, double-click the bold TRK near the
right end.

Type Ctril-Shift-E.

Thanks for the help. I turned it off by clicking on the TRK on the bottom and
it is now greyed out, however, when I go to close the document, it asks me to
save changes and then it tells me the doc contains tracked changes, is it ok
to continue saving... why????

Sounds like it's just asking you not to discard all the work you've
done since the last time you saved the document.

(You _do_ manually save the document, Ctrl-S, every few minutes, don't
you?)

If you're afraid there are still some Tracked Changes somewhere, then
click the right or left arrow in the Reviewing toolbar, and either
it'll take you to the next/previous Tracked Change or Comment, or it
will report that There Are No Tracked Changes in the Document.
