How do I get rid of the "e-mail stuff" at the top of a Word docum.

At the top of my Word document, there is a section that looks like I'm about
to e-mail it in Outlook. I don't know how this section got there or how to
get rid of it. (I'm using Word 2003.)
 
On my toolbar to the right of the FILE icon, is an icon to toggle this on
and off.
