How do I get rid of Sys Admin auto-response for meeting invites?

Basically, I'm having a problem where if I create a meeting invite and send
it to someone and they accept the meeting request they will get a bounce back
message from the System Admin about the message being undeliverable and it's
for an employee that is no longer with the company. I've checked the
permissions tab for my calendar and I removed the user that is no longer with
the company but the problem still continues. It's starting to get
frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
