How do I get rid of Outlook Express?

I don't use it ever and I just don't want it. For some dumb reason every time my house phone rings Outlook Express pops up and it's really starting to annoy me. I don't use Microsoft for email at all so I'd rather just get rid of it.

If you get rid of it, you won't have the full palet of Micros~1 programs.
That would be sad. May even void your warranty.

I suggest you tell Outlook not to answer the telephone.

When did Microsoft start giving warranties?

What warranty? The PC warranty? Nope. You can do whatever the heck you
want with software and OS, otherwise what's the point of owning a
computer in the first place? I have seen no warranty from any of the
major manufacturers ever say you can't install any OS or software or the
warranty is void.
I suggest you tell Outlook not to answer the telephone.

And just how is that accomplished? "Hey, you! Outlook Express - quit
answering the @#$% telephone!"

And he's asking about Outlook Express, not Outlook. They are entirely
different applications.
