how do I get rid of locked appointment entries on computerised calendar.

You'll need to be a lot less vague if you want an answer. Define "locked
appointment entries". State your Outlook version and exactly what you're
trying and what happens when you try it. Include the exact text of any
error messages. Define "computerised calendar".
