how do I stop names from appearing when typing a few letters of a name into
Outlook (2002)? I am selling my PC to a friend and do not want to format the
HardDrive, but I want to respect the privacy of my contacts

Start at the beginning.
How are you transferring your software licenses to the person to whom you
are selling your PC?

To behonest, not really sure.I am unsure how to change this. All the software
was preloaded and the PC came with recovery discs.I am basically selling the
PC "as is" and teh discs will be bundled with it.

Read the EULA's of each program and make sure you are in compliance.
Your autocompletion data is stored in a file with an NK2 extension and a
name that matches your profile. Just delete it when Outlook is closed.
