How do I get rid of annoying new LDAP window when going online?

I just installed Office 2003 on my home computer (I had been using an earlier
version of Office on this machine) and now, every time I open either outlook
or ie, I get a window that interrupts my getting online. It says something
about LDAP server and has 4 lines, the first says server name, NULL, the
second has a 4 digit number, the third asks for user name (and it says null
again) and the fourth asks for password. If I don't change anything in the
boxes and don't put in a password and then click go or enter or whatever
button it has, I get a message that Microsoft couldn't find or get into the
server. But then a few seconds at most later, my outlook window pops up or I
get online. It's so annoying to have to do this every time. If I walk away
while I think my outlook and ie are loading, when I come back, nothing's
happened until I click ok on that LDAP window. I've never had this before.
Can anyone help? I hope this makes sense.
Thanks.

You can remove the LDAP address book by select Tools > Email Accounts >
View/Change existing directories and address books.

Thank you so much!! I didin't realize it was an address book problem.
Thought it was something about the server. I really appreciate your sending
this answer
