How do I get rid of a microsoft visual C++ runtime libary error

On closing a document I get a message - Runtime Error
c/programfiles/microsoft office/office1/winword exe - and window will close,
not allowing me to save the document. Does anyone know how to solve this?

The problem is probably with a poorly-behaved add-in.

You'll need to work out which is the problem one, and uninstall it.
