How do I get rid of a horizontal line at the bottom of each page?

I have a blue horizontal line at the bottom of each page of my document.
I've tried Paragraph, No border, in Word 2007 and that does not work.

It is probably inside the footer..

Double click on the line... to open the footer... then clear the 'bottom
border' by clicking on the button with no border from the toolbar...

If the line is in the footer and is between the footer space and the
document body, it's probably a top border.
