How do I get rid of a duplicate calendar in Outlook 2003

I recently had to have a new hard drive installed, had to reload all my
software. Before the process, I downloaded the pst folder backup tool and
used it to back up my Outlook stuff. After I reinstalled Outlook, I used the
restore backup file option to put my stuff back in. I had duplicates of all
of my stuff, but have been able to fix everything but the calendar. With my
tasks, journal, notes, and contacts, I just hit select all and copied and
pasted them from "contacts in personal foler" etc. to the new main "contacts"
so I didn't have 2 of each. Well, the calendar won't let me do that. I have
2 calendars now and when it opens it always defaults to the blank one, not my
imported one. I tried to delete the blank one but it says I don't have
access and when I go to the properties and look at permissions, all of the
settings to allow me access are grayed out. Any ideas on how to get rid of
the blank calendar so that I can default to my imported one?

You can easily copy your Calendar items when you choose for a table view
like By Category.

As for the deletion/permission issue; you cannot delete the standard
calendar folder in your default pst-file. You can change your default
delivery location in Tools-> Accounts-> tab Next

Since you used a PST to import from, hopefully everything went into a PST on
the local PC. Check here:

C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

or

C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

For future reference, here's information on how to backup and restore a PST:
