I have Word set to open in Reading View. When I receive a Word file
atttachment and open it, only one page is displayed instead of two. How do I
get the reading view to display two pages on the screen?

There is an "Allow Multiple Pages" button on the Reading Layout view
toolbar. This setting should be saved between Word sessions.

My 11 page document only shows one page when I select Allow Multiple Pages
button in the Reading Pane. How do I reset it back to two?

If you advance beyond page 1, does it show two pages?

Allow Multiple Pages is a toggle. Clicking it should toggle between two
pages and one.

What happens when you click it?

Nothing. The one page does not then change to 2. It only effects this one
document, if I open another multi-page doc it toggles between one and two
pages. I have tried to scoll down to another page, but it still remains one
page on top as in regular Word layout. NC
